Shipping

We use International Express Service for the retail international deliveries. The orders usually are dispatched within 48 hours from the order date. After the goods are dispatched, we will provide you a tracking number for tracking online immediately. The shipping usually takes around7-9 days for door to door delivery.

Return policy

Order Cancellation
Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched, will incur cancellation fee, which is a 10% of the total order amount. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
Replacement
Defective products can be exchanged for the same item as long as a return request is submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your products.
You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer the supplementary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.
Return and partial refund
Our website cannot give a full refund for non-quality problems such as:
1. Dislike the product after gets it. (Like "I am not satisfied with this product.”)
2. Size standards disputed and color difference from computer to computer.
3. You don't want our products. (Like "The product does not look like the ones in your picture." "The product is not what Id imagines it to be.")
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you request returning the purchased items because of the reasons above, you need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, besides the shipping fees, we will also deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.
Return and full refund
In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems, it can be returned and refunded. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). When we receive the products sent back intactly, we will give you a full refund of the purchased item (shipping fee not included). (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgment on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistant external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are caused be human factors or avoidable damage.)
